This charming detached gite is set in the heart of the rolling French countryside with stunning views south, with its own private above ground swimming pool and roof top terrace ideal for young families or couples to play, relax with nearby beaches/lakes. The quiet little hamlet of La Boutellerie is situated 4.5km north from the rural village of Aigurande.
If you wish to unwind then this is the place for you, in the deepest country side you can sit peacefully reading or go walking, cycling or swimming - the option is yours.
The property consists of a fully functional open plan kitchen lounge, gas cooker, combined fridge freezer, tea, and coffee making facilities, bathroom with bath and separate shower, toilet (WC). Upstairs consists of 1 twin bedroom with walk through into main double room with king size bed, French doors opening onto roof top terrace. Out side patio area with BBQ and furniture for dining and lounging with amazing views south over rolling country side and access to above ground swimming pool.
This gite is now available arriving 16:00 Saturday departing 10:00 Saturday with linen and towels included. Minimum stay 3 nights.
